Presto is a one-time purchase. There are no subscriptions, renewals, or recurring charges.
30-day refund guarantee
If you bought a Presto license through our Lemon Squeezy checkout, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date. Requests received after that period are not eligible for this guarantee unless required by applicable law.
How to request a refund
Email support@presto.talk from your purchase email address, or include that email address and your Lemon Squeezy order number. You do not need to give a reason. We may ask for information needed to verify the order or prevent abuse.
Processing
Approved refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy and returned to the original payment method. Lemon Squeezy, your bank, or your card issuer may take additional time to show the refund and may control currency conversion.
After a refund
Once refunded, your Presto license ends and may be deactivated, and you must stop using the app. We may refuse refund requests that appear fraudulent or abusive, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
